[Satellite Today 08-28-08] Pacific Century Matrix has been renamed GlobeCast Hong Kong Ltd. following its acquisition by GlobeCast earlier this summer, the new company announced Aug. 28.
The integration of the two companies brings two key satellite platforms on Measat 3 and Asiasat 3S to GlobeCast’s worldwide network. The Hong Kong office marks GlobeCast’s 18th sales office worldwide and fifth office in Asia.
In addition, the new company named Patrick Yeung general manager and vice president of sales of GlobeCast Hong Kong.
