[Satellite Today 08-19-08] The board of Integral Systems Inc. has approved and declared a stock split, the company announced Aug. 19.
One share of common stock will be distributed for each share of common stock issued and outstanding to holders at the close of business Aug. 25.
As of Aug. 1, Integral had 8.6 million shares of common stock outstanding and about 1.4 million shares reserved for issuance under the company’s equity incentive and stock purchase plans.
