[Satellite Today – 5-16-08] SkyTerra Communications Inc. has extended the expiration date for its offer to issue options for shares of SkyTerra common stock in replacement of options to purchase limited partnership units of Mobile Satellite Ventures L.P.
The offer, originally set to expire May 16, has been extended until May 29.
As of May 15, options to purchase 3.5 million limited partnership units of MSV had been tendered for exchange.
