Globecomm Names Vice President, Network Services

[Satellite Today – 5-6-08] Globecomm Systems has named Jeff Winkler vice president of network services, Globecomm announced May 6. 
    Winkler will be responsible for the overall business management of Globecomm Services Maryland (GSM), including technical operations, engineering, and program management.
    Winkler served previously as engineering and operations manager for GSM.
