[Satellite Today – 5-2-08] EMS Technologies Inc. CFO Don Scartz is retiring and will be succeeded by Gary Shell, the company announced May 2.
Scartz, worked for EMS for 30 years, overseeing the company’s financial affairs, including strategic acquisitions and investor relations as well as arranging for capital to fund expansions and new technology initiatives.
Shell, currently EMS’ vice president of finance and chief accounting officer, has worked for EMS for 25 years, overseeing the company’s accounting policies, financial reporting and tax compliance.
