[Satellite Today – 4-9-08] Quintech Electronics and Communications Inc. have introduced a new RF Matrix Switch, the company announced April 9.
The QE3 features a 64×64 RF matrix in 6 rack units, a frequency range that covers IF50 to 200 MHz and 950 to 2500 MHz. The switcher can be expanded to 1024×1024.
Quintech claims the hot-swappable component cards offer the highest level of redundancy in control and powering.
