[Satellite Today – 4-2-08] Telespazio has acquired full control of Aurensis SL, a Spanish company specializing in technologies for territorial applications and Earth observation services, aerial and satellite, Telespazio announced April 2.
Aurensis manufactures, processes and markets territorial information such as cartography, remote sensing and geographic information systems and has offices in Barcelona and Madrid.
Financial details were not released.
