[Satellite Today – 3-13-08] Asia Broadcast Satellite (ABS) President Gregg Daffner is stepping down as president at the beginning of April, the company announced March 13.
Daffner, the co-founder of ABS, will remain a strategic advisor and individual shareholder of the company.
“We have been very fortunate in our success of acquiring an underutilized satellite and within 18 months filling the satellite to near full capacity,” Daffner said in a statement. “I am proud to have been there from the beginning and to see this company achieve the success that it deserves.”
