[Satellite Today – 3-4-08] Integral Systems Inc. will repurchase more than 1 million common stock shares from Fursa Alternative Strategies LLC, Integral announced March 3.
The repurchase represents 11 percent of Integral’s outstanding stock and Fursa’s entire ownership in the company. After the repurchase, Integral will have 8.3 million shares outstanding.
William Harley, president and chief investment officer of Fursa, has resigned from Integral’s board, effective Feb. 25.
