[Satellite Today – 1-25-08] Superior Satellite Engineers Inc. has acquired the tooling and production rights for ViaSat Inc.’s Model 8345 Satellite Antenna System, the company announced Jan. 23.
“Superior Satellite Engineers has been a very successful long-standing distributor for the 4.5-meter antenna, which has more than 15,000 systems fielded,” John Zlogar, vice president and general manager of ViaSat Antenna Systems, said in a statement. “We think the renewed focus they’ll put on this antenna product line will continue to make it a world class standard.”
