Great Circle Shipping Equips Fleet With Iridium Communications System

Great Circle Shipping (www.preciousshipping.com), a Bangkok-based ship management company, is fitting 34 of its bulk cargo carriers with Thrane & Thrane’s maritime Iridium terminals under a service contract with Singapore Telecommunications Ltd, Iridium Satellite announced. The systems will provide voice and e-mail for the ship’s business and crew.
