Measat Appoints New CCO, Associate VP of Engineering & Ops

Satellite operator Measat has made two new key executive appointments as it looks to build for the future. It has appointed Ganendra Selvaraj as its new Chief Commercial Officer and Jeevan Rao, as its new Associate Vice President, Network Engineering & Operations. Measat announced the appointments July 8.

The company recently saw the successful launch of its Measat-3D satellite. Selvaraj will oversee Measat’s sales, customer engineering, business development and corporate communications functions. As a member of the Measat’s Executive Committee, he will focus on building the Measat customer base and expanding its commercial activities in support of Measat’s long term strategy. Rao will oversee Measat’s service delivery, network management center, remote site support, system development and IT departments.
