Quilty Analytics Expands Satellite Staff and Services

Quilty Analytics announced a partnership with veteran investment bankers to provide an expanded range of financial and strategic advisory services to industry stakeholders. Lee Priest and Justin Cadman will partner with Quilty Analytics founder Chris Quilty to oversee growth and expansion, complementing the existing Quilty Analytics research and consulting platform with investment banking services for the firm’s roster of clients.

Priest and Cadman have a combined 35 years of investment banking experience in satellite and space related industry sectors, having advised on more than 130 Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions representing more than $15 billion in transaction value, according to the company.

Quilty Analytics will continue to offer its clients industry research as well as strategic and financial services, including strategy consulting, M&A advisory, and placements of equity and debt financing.
