ORBCOMM NAMES ELISRA ELECTRONICS AS COMMUNICATOR MANUFACTURER
Orbital Communications Corp. [ORBI] recently named Beraq, Israel-based Elisra Electronics Systems‘ Stellar Satellite Communications subsidiary to manufacture a handheld communicator for its Orbcomm satellite system. SEXTANT AVIONIQUE'S NEW TOPSTAR 200A GNSS
Sextant Avionique‘s new Topstar 200A GNSS (global navigation satellite system) has been certified to the European Qualification Aviation Civile and the FAA’s Technical Standard Order. ROCKWELL AND RACAL SIGN MOU FOR MILITARY MARKETS COLLABORATION
Rockwell‘s Collins Avionics & Communications Division [ROK] and Racal Avionics recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the marketing, manufacturing and support of military products in United Kingdom and the United States. GEOTEK COMMUNICATIONS FINANCED BY HUGHES

ONSTAR WINS CTIA'S NEW VISION APPY AWARD

HONEYWELL INC. GRABS $7.2 SPACE SHUTTLE CONTRACT
Honeywell Inc. [HON] recently won a $7.2 million NASA contract for a Space Integrated GPS/Inertial Navigation System that can be used in the Space Shuttle, International Space Station and its return crew vehicle. CSC TAKES $27 MILLION SUBCONTRACT
Computer Sciences Corp. [CSC] recently was awarded a seven-year, $27 million subcontract from Lockheed Martin Federal Systems [LMT] to support the U.S. Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN).
