[Via Satellite 11-20-2014] International Datacasting Company (IDC) has been selected by the Asamblea Nacional del Ecuador, Ecuador’s national assembly, to bolster a previous IDC audio network and deploy a new IDC video distribution service. IDC’s Ecuadorian partner Advicom Cia. Ltda will assist in project completion.

IDC is providing LASER video receivers and an expanded audio distribution network supported by the IDC SuperFlex Pro Audio receiver. Asamblea Nacional del Ecuador plans to use the IDC TSM-2800 Transport Stream Multiplexer to integrate the audio and video distribution streams for distribution.

“The LASER and SuperFlex Pro Audio receivers can share the same network, improving efficiency and simplifying the network architecture,” said Ing. Ramiro Espinoza of Asamblea Nacional del Ecuador.
