[Satellite TODAY 04-23-13] Emerging Markets Communications (EMC) has appointed Blake Mclane as its new President. EMC is a global satellite and terrestrial connectivity provider. Mclane will be responsible for continuing to accelerate global growth for EMC, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
