[Satellite TODAY 04-19-13] Arianespace announced the success of the Soyuz’ 1802nd flight. The rocket liftoff from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan at 14:00 Moscow time on Friday, April 19.
The company also reported that the governmental spacecraft was accurately placed on the target orbit. The BION-M, a Russian biological research capsule contains a variety of live creatures, such as mice, geckos, snails, and fish for scientific research.
This was the fourth Soyuz family mission in 2013.
