Telespazio Brasil S.A. has signed a long-term capacity agreement with SES to expand its corporate and government networks across Brazil, SES announced.
Telezpazio will utilize the new SES-4 satellite’s Ku-band capacity to deliver companies operating in remote inland communities with high-speed broadband and high-quality voice, also providing strategic coverage to drive the implementation of a VSAT network.
“SES-4 gave to us opportunities to offer reliable and high quality services for our corporate and government customers throughout Brazil. SES knows Latin America and has built our regional needs into the coverage and capabilities of its growing fleet,” Telespazio Brasil CEO Marzio Laurenti said in a statement. “Our new partnership with SES shares a common vision and goal: to satisfy the region’s growth and allow innovative companies and organizations to develop across the country.” The delivery of telecom services over the SES-4 satellite has already been initiated by Telespazio Brasil to Brazilian corporate and government customers.
