Product, Capability and Facility Expansion

The continued expansion of the engineering and manufacturing capability, coupled with the infusion of MITEQ’s specialized technical expertise, has provided MCL with the essentials to evolve at a very fast rate as required by the changing needs of the satellite communications industry. This allows MCL to not only meet increased customer demands for their amplifiers, but also allows MCL to bring in-house several operations that previously were being outsourced. The obvious benefits have been greater control over product quality and controlled product costs.

The facility has more than 124,000 square feet of space, allowing MCL to meet the challenges of today’s market and allowing MCL to better serve the satellite and communications community. Over the next several years, our customers will continue to witness changes, in our product offerings and service programs that will better meet their ever-changing needs. 

Service Network Changes Provide Regionalized Service and Parts Support

MCL’s service department continuously evaluates and improves its methods to achieve even higher levels of customer satisfaction. Internationally, MCL has established both technical support centers and technical support representatives to service our valued customers.

MCL’s technical support centers are positioned strategically around the world to serve as product support hubs to both customers and technical service representatives within their region. These centers provide quick response for in-house and field support services. In addition, they maintain a spare parts inventory to quickly provide customers with the parts they require. These centers are located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, China, Singapore, Brazil and Mexico.

MCL’s technical support representatives serve more localized regions, providing varying levels of technical support on all MCL equipment. They can quickly obtain spare parts or more extensive services from their regional Technical Support Center. These representatives are located in Turkey, Israel, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Norway and the United States.

These changes have been implemented to improve both our internal service capabilities and the support provided by our international service organizations. The goal is to provide customers with a world-wide responsive, high-quality service support in a timely fashion at competitive prices.
