Two Arianespace-led Russian Soyuz spacecraft each will launch two Galileo navigational satellites next year two begin construction of the navigational constellation, the company announced.

The European Space Agency aims to build a full fleet of Galileo satellites to provide worldwide navigational service.

Those Soyuz vehicles will launch from French Guiana, South America.
