[Satellite Today – 2-13-08] Thrane & Thrane has won a satellite systems contract with one of the Asia’s biggest telcos, the company announced Feb. 12. The company has signed a deal with Singtel, which will see the operator invest in the latest Thrane & Thrane Inmarsat-C Land Earth Station hardware to replace the company’s existing equipment located at Sentosa Island, Singapore. The deal is worth DKK 13 million ($2.54 million).
