Norsat CFO Resigns

Cathy Zhai, CFO of satellite solutions provider Norsat International Inc., resigned effective June 27, the company announced July 6. Until a successor is named, the CFO duties will be conducted by James Sharpe, a member of Norsat’s board and chairman of the company’s audit committee.
