MSV Appoints Executives

Mobile Satellite Ventures (MSV) named Steve Soroka vice president of enterprise operations. Soroka will be responsible for the overall direction and management of MSV’s information technology and network operations. He previously served as vice president of information technology network systems at Sprint Nextel.
MSV also appointed Larry Haughey group vice president of the government sector. Haughey will lead the company’s sales and marketing initiatives to the U.S. federal government.
