Voom HD Networks has appointed David Alworth vice president of operations and program administration, the company announced. Alworth will be responsible for operational and business affairs for Voom HD Networks’ 15 high-definition channels, Voom’s global channel and its ongoing content sales operations. The channels are on numerous direct-to-home platforms around the globe.
