Helius Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire PointeCast Corp., a global provider of communication and online training solutions, Helius announced May 16.

The acquisition of PointeCast’s product lines will add rapid-content authoring tools to Helius’ offerings.

Details of the agreement were not released.
