Access Intelligence has named Scott Chase as chairman for the SATELLITE 2008 Conference and Exhibition.

Active in the satellite industry since 1981, for the past four years Chase has been a partner of Grid Media.

His responsibilities as chairman include planning content and recruiting more than 300 speakers for the four-day program slated for Feb. 25 to 28 in the Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
