Terrestar Global Ltd. has signed a letter of intent with the Government of Bermuda to place its operations facilities in Bermuda, Terrestar announced May 3.

TerreStar, a subsidiary of Motient Corp., plans to deploy a communications network in North America using a hybrid satellite-terrestrial system.
