Mobile Satellite Ventures (MSV) named Steve Soroka vice president of enterprise operations, the Reston, Va.-based company announced April 23. Soroka will be responsible for overall direction and management of MSV’s information technology and network operations. He previously served as vice president of information technology network systems at Sprint Nextel.
