Jacinto Palacios, former CEO of Hispasat, has been named CEO of Ondas Media, the company announced April 4.

Ondas plans to launch satellite radio services in Europe in 2009. Palacios will manage the company’s media enterprises throughout Europe and oversee infrastructure development
Palacios succeeds Celso Azevedo, who will remain available to Ondas in a consulting capacity.
