The Boeing Co. [BA] delivered the 513th Minuteman III Guidance Replacement Program (GRP) Missile Guidance Set (MGS) to the Air Force, marking five years of consecutive on-time deliveries, the company announced.

GRP is one element of the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) prime integration contract, led by Northrop Grumman Corp. [NOC] unit Mission Systems and major subcontractor Honeywell.

The program modernizes Minuteman III guidance system electronics, including hardware and software updates, extending service life of the Minuteman III MGS through 2020.
