Starsys Inc., a subsidiary of SpaceDev, has been awarded a follow-on order for the DigitalGlobe WorldView-2 satellite program from Ball Aerospace and Technology Corp., SpaceDev announced March 6.

A $1.25 million authorization to proceed will initiate the contract for solar-array rotational drive assemblies and drive-control electronics.
