Newtec is partnering with UDCast to present a mobile TV system for distribution of digital video broadcasting–handheld signals via satellite for commercial deployments beginning in the third quarter of 2007, UDCast announced.

UDCast will provide equipment and software while Newtec focuses on DVB-S2 satellite equipment, integration of all remote functionality in a single unit, and the optional satellite equipment for the network management system.
