Foxtel, Austar Combine In Sports Right Deal

Australian direct-to-home operators Foxtel and Austar have signed a four-year rights deal to broadcast Australian Football League games. The deal is between Seven Network, Ten Network and Foxtel and runs from 2007 to 2011.

Foxtel will sub-license the rights to Premier Media Group, which will use Fox Sports 1 channel to broadcast games.
