Joslyn Read has joined SES New Skies as vice president for regulatory affairs in the company’s Washington, D.C., office.

Read previously served as head of regulatory affairs for Hughes Network Systems. Previously she has held positions at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission, WorldSpace, and Comsat Mobile.
