Theodore McFarland has joined executive search firm Edward W Kelley & Partners as a vice president of its technology practice. Most recently, McFarland was vice president of marketing for International Launch Services and also has served as president of Hughes Electronics Japan and a senior vice president of its Panamsat subsidiary.
