Sirius Satellite Radio appointed Adrienne Calderone to senior vice president and controller the company announced Aug. 3. Calderone will serve as the chief accounting officer responsible for public reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and overseeing financial operations. Calderone will report to executive vice president and CFO David Frear.

Prior to working with Sirius, Calderone for Panamsat for 12 years were she was responsible for financial operations.
