Planetlink Communications Inc. signed its first three clients under an original equipment manufacturing licensing agreement for a GPS-based fleet management platform, Karta Technologies Inc. announced. The Fleetradar is based on Planetlink’s proprietary technology and will be marketed by Karta around the globe.
