Datapath Inc. appointed to Wilson Lowery Jr. as executive chairman of its board of directors and Mack Mattingly as a new member, both effective immediately, the company announced July 11.

Lowery, vice president of WLLP Capital, a financial management and consulting firm, has been a member of the board since 2005. Mattingly served one term in the U.S. Senate representing Georgia and also served as a U.S. ambassador and assistant secretary general for defense support, NATO.
