Loral Space and Communications Inc. promoted Patrick DeWitt to CEO of Space Systems/Loral and chose John Celli to succeed him as president and COO of Space Systems/Loral. DeWitt has worked within Space Systems/Loral companies since 1973, while Celli has 30 years of experience in the satellite industry and was the executive vice president prior to the promotion.
