Eagle Broadband Inc. will supply its Satmax satellite communications technology to Norfolk Southern Corp., Eagle Broadband announced June 27.

Norfolk previously installed a Satmax system in 2005 that allows customers to use Iridium satellites phones indoors. The new system will be used to expand Norfolk Southern’s emergency communications capabilities.
