Compuprint Inc., an energy technology company that combines satellite-based technology with traditional exploration services, announced June 26 it completed a $1 million private placement with Kiev Investment Group, a partner of Enficon Establishment. Proceeds from the $1 million placement will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, Compuprint said.
