Hughes Communications Inc. rounded out its board with the appointment of three executives, the company announced June 22. Stephen Clark, a venture partner with Intersouth Partners; Gene Gabbard, a private investor; and Lawrence Ruisi, advisory consultant, take over their positions on the board immediately.
