Microelectronics Technology Inc. will provide Ku-band satellite terminals to Shin Satellite Public Company Ltd., Microelectronics announced.

The company will supply 100,000 Ku-band IPStar Outdoor Unit Systems that will be marketed in the Asia-Pacific region for providing two-way Internet service supplied through Shin Satellite’s IPstar broadband satellite IPstar, launched in August, designed to provide broadband Internet service throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
