Loral Space & Communications Inc. announced June 8 it formed a consulting agreement with Dean Olmstead, one of the company’s directors. The agreement allows Olmstead to provide consulting services to Loral relating to the exploration of strategic and growth opportunities for Loral’s satellite services businesses.

Olmstead also is chairman of the board of Satellite Development LLC and formerly was president and chief executive officer of SES Americom and a member of the SES Global Executive Committee.
