Comtech Mobile Datacom Corp. announced June 5 it received a $1.4 million order under its General Services Administration schedule to provide Model 2011 mobile aviation satellite data communications transceivers and related products. The transceivers are used in the Blue Force Tracking Aviation program, providing real-time position reporting, air traffic avoidance and friendly graphic location information sharing over extended mission distances.
