Caprock Communications named Britt Carina Horncastle vice president of corporate development May 30. Horncastle will be in charge of managing Caprock’s long-term growth strategy, which includes its presence in emerging regions and in new vertical markets through acquisitions, partnerships and strategic centers.

Horncastle previously was president of Telenor Satellite Services and also has served on the boards of directors Inmarsat Ventures Plc and Global Services Group.
