EMS Satcom announced April 20 that is has recently delivered its 50th Enfusion HSD-400 high-speed data terminal. The 50 terminals in the field are Swiftbroadband-ready and represent 200 channels of Inmarsat’s Swift Service, the company said.
“This is an important milestone for us and is a demonstration of our forward vision,” Jean Menard, director of commercial sales at EMS Satcom, said in a statement. “We have focused on ensuring our equipment has an easy upgrade path and the Enfusion HSD-400 terminal is no exception. Our customers are looking for ease of installation and use, and we are delivering, with software upgradeability on our terminals.”
