Ascent Media Network Services (AMNS) announced March 14 that Peter Brickman has been named managing director of content distribution for North America by AMNS COO Margaret Craig, to whom Brickman reports. Brickman has operational, strategic and financial responsibility for the company’s robust network origination and content transport businesses in the United States.

Brickman was formerly senior director of broadcast operations and technology for the National Football League, where he managed all activities of NFL Sunday Ticket and day-to- day on-air operations for NFL Network. He also ran on-air operations and production for various networks, including Request TV and Lifetime.
