Telesat Canada set records for full-year revenues and earnings, reporting a profit of Cdn. $88.9 million ($76.6 million) in 2005, as revenues jumped 31 percent to Cdn. $474.7 million ($409 million), the company announced. In 2004, the satellite operator posted a profit of Cdn. $83.4 million ($71.9 million) on revenues of Cdn. $362.2 million ($312 million).
