Mediaset SpA has agreed to sell satellite TV broadcasting rights for one of Italy’s top soccer teams to Sky Italia, according to media reports.

Sky Italia, a unit of News Corp., will pay 157.3 million euros ($190.8 million) for the rights to the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 Juventus seasons.

In December, Mediaset purchased all distribution rights for Juventus games in Italy’s Serie A league for the two seasons for 218 million euros ($264.4 million). Mediaset will retain the digital TV, high-speed Internet and mobile TV distribution rights, as well as international broadcasts of the games.
